Return and Exchange Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all customers. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully before placing an order.

7 Day Return and Exchange Window

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The customer must record a complete opening video of the parcel.

  2. The video must clearly show the parcel taken from the rider or mailbox, the product being opened for the first time, and the issue being shown in the same recording without cuts.

  3. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or not working at the time of opening.

  4. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  5. We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

    • There is no opening video

    • The product was damaged after using it

    • The product is not faulty, but the customer simply changed their mind

Refund and Exchange Terms

We do not offer cash refunds.

If the return is approved:

  • The shipping charges are non refundable

  • The product amount will be refunded in the form of a coupon

  • This coupon can be used to place an order for a replacement product

  • Store credit is valid for replacement orders only

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for returning a product must be paid by the customer.
We cover shipping only if we sent the wrong or damaged product.

Important Notes

  • Orders without a valid parcel opening video will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Self defense products cannot be accepted for return after use due to safety and hygiene reasons.
